Everything was perfect from start to finish! It was my first time at Family Dentistry of Crystal Lake. I’ve been struggling to find a dentist I love and feel comfortable with, and I’m grateful I’ve found this office. I’m an anxious dental patient and everyone was so kind and caring. From the receptionists to the hygienist and the dentist, it was really a great experience. Dr. Hanna was exceptional. She was gentle, thorough, and personable. I’m really grateful of the care I received.

I have been coming here for YEARS and always have a great experience with every visit! Very clean office, with an “at home welcome feeling” from the reception team. All of the hygienist’s there always does an amazing job with cleaning my teeth, and are very educating with oral hygiene care. Doctor Rayyan, her team of dentists, and all of the assistants also go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable during my visits as well. Already looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

Best cleaning experience ever!! So gentle, yet very effective. Felt so good after I was done. Actually could have napped during the process. Love the hygenist. I'd like to have her all the time instead of rotating someone new at every visit. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been coming here for years. I moved, but due to the great staff still make the drive to this practice. I came I yesterday and had the wrong time. Dr. Rayyan made time for me so I didn't have to drive the 40 minutes back home. All staff are highly professional and kind. They also are very patient as I am very anxious when having dental work done. Lastly the equipment they use is state of the art.

Kathy is amazing! She does great work and tends to any needs. She is personable and patient. Would be great with younger kids if you need someone to be kind and patient with a kid that may be nervous about going to the dentist.

I had an appointment recently with the clinic. The staff was, as allways has been, in 15 years, fantastic, courteous, proffesional. The hygenist/ Dentist assistant, was awesome. What makes this clinic so attractive is, because they are an elite team. Highly recomend this dental clinic.
